July Goals (Day 647)

Hi all!

Happy Sunday! How are you all doing today? It's finally starting to cool down here thanks to some thunderstorms that we are suppose to be getting over the next few days. And this coming week it's suppose to be in the 70's mostly, so that makes me a very happy girl! :)

Tomorrow marks the beginning of July (can you believe it?) and so that means it's time to come up with my monthly goals. First let's go over my June goals: needless to say, I did not do very well. Sadly, I gained 2.8 pounds... I didn't do my intervals very much or carb cycle... I did stay positive and drank quite a bit of water. Now onto my goals for July:

1. Lose 3 pounds
2. Get back into an exercise routine
3. Drink 100 oz of water a day
4. Blog at least 3 days a week
5. Eat within my calorie goal every day
6. Make healthier food choices
7. Find a job
8. Start strength training again
9. Have a zeal for life

So there are my goals... I will accomplish more this month than I did last month. Oh and one of my closest friends is coming to visit me in 2 weeks!!!! :) I cannot wait! But it's time to go and work on some homework.  Have a wonderful day! So until next time!

  1. Seems like we never had Jan thru June. The years and months and days fly by so fast now a days. ugh makes me mad sorta.
