Year 1 Day 114 (Day 479)

Today is a new day, and I am so thankful for that each and every day. I'm really disappointed right now though, I started my new antibiotic yesterday and the pharmacist told me that I am not allowed to do any heavy exercise. So that means no 30DS for 10 days :( She told me that I could do some walking, but that's about it for exercise.

Yesterday I did not do well with my food, I ate more than I should have at lunch and then I ate too much while watching the football game. Here's the breakdown:

A positive of the day was that I had 128 oz of water.

I'm just going to be honest, I have not ate that well today. But I did have a wonderful time spending the day with my parents and then the evening with my parents and my 4 youngest nieces and nephew. Sometimes there will be times where I don't eat well for a few days. It happens, and I'm not going to beat myself up over it. But I do need to make a change because I don't want the weight coming back onto me. I haven't lost 25 pounds for no reason, so I won't let myself slip too far.

Time to go and watch a movie before bed. So until next time.

  1. Sorry about the antibiotics. Walking is still moving and better than nothing. We are all going to have days where we don't eat as well as we like. That's life. 25 pounds is amazing! You are doing great!
