May Measurements

I just wanted to do a quick blog about the measurements I took today. And I thought I would compare them to my beginning measurements. So here we go:

I didn't start writing down right and left until January 2012 and the thighs, calves and upper arms are right and then left.

From September to now, I've lost 17.5 inches, 2.5 BMI points and 20 pounds. I wish I had lost more, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with those numbers. :) I can't wait to see more results. Until next time.
