Year 1 Day 133 (Day 498)

Hi all! It's officially February, crazy to think about! The year is officially 1/12th done, how are you all doing on your goals? I'd have to say that I'm doing fairly well on mine. And I think that it would be a good idea to look at my goals at the beginning of each month and see what kind of progress I have made on them.

So here are my goals:
1. Get down to at least 250 lbs (I will need to lose 39 lbs this year to achieve that)
2. Lower my body fat by 5-10%
3. Go down at least 1 clothing size
4. Be able to walk a 5K in under 30 minutes
5. Begin lifting more heavily on a regular basis
6. Continue working towards my Bachelor's degree in Psychology
7. Finally be with my fiance and start my life with him
8. Be the healthiest bride that I can be
9. Work out at least 4 days/week for at least 25 minutes
10. Stay motivated and/or positive
11. Stop unhealthy snacking
12. Being to eat cleaner
13. Complete the 30DS
14. Continue drinking at least 100 oz of water/day

I've lost 3 lbs this month, which is a good start.
I've lost .64% of my body fat.
I haven't lost a clothing size yet, but I'm working on it.
Not working on my 5K time yet.
I'm starting to lift more because of the 30DS.
As of yesterday, I've been officially accepted to Colorado Christian University and will be starting classes on February 18th!
We are currently working on getting Abid's visa. :)
I'm slowly becoming healthier.
Besides when I was on doctor's ordered rest, I have worked out at least 4 days/week.
I have stayed motivated all month and remained fairly positive.
I am still doing some unhealthy snacking, but not nearly as much.
I haven't been able to start eating cleaner yet (it's difficult when I don't have control over what we buy)
I'm half way done with the 30DS :)
I have drank at least 128 oz of water every day this month!

As I promised yesterday, I did get my workout in! It was intense like always,   and I love it! :) I'm officially half way done with the 30DS, I'm quite proud of myself for this. Level 2 is so much better than level 1 was, I can't wait to see what level 3 has to hold. Honestly, I love doing the 30DS, when I started it I wasn't sure how I would fare but it's going better than I could have ever imagined. Seriously, I never would have thought that I could lose 10.75 inches in 1 month!

I just have to say, yesterday was the perfect end of the month (well the best it could be right now). First, I was able to watch my fiance sleep for a few hours (for those of you who don't know, he lives 11 hours ahead of me). Watching him sleep is one of my favorite things, but it makes me want to be laying there in his arms. :) Second, I got to talk to my good friend about her wedding. Then after all of that, I got my workout in. And then at night I watched the Big Bang Theory and did stuff for my own wedding. :)

Now on to today :) This month I must be going insane, literally. I'm finishing up the 30DS, only 15 days to go but I'm doing a squat, push-up, sit-up challenge as well. All I know is, I'm going to be sore but it'll be worth it! :) Today I am linking up with the lovely Brin and Allie for Pits and Peaks.

1. The weather has been ridiculous this week. It was almost 50 one day and the next we got half a foot of snow. This Wisconsin weather will be the end of me.
